01

Respect for Human Rights

We conduct our activities in full compliance with applicable human rights legislation and expect the same standard from all our partners. We recognize that the impact of our activities extends beyond direct employment contracts — which is why we act responsibly towards all involved, from employees and subcontractors to the communities in which we operate. Any form of harassment, coercion, or degrading treatment is prohibited and sanctioned.

02

Traceability and Transparency in Processes

We ensure full traceability of products and procedures used in every intervention. Our clients have access to clear information about the materials used, their origin and certifications, how consumables are managed, as well as the procedures for collecting and disposing of generated waste. Transparency is a promise we make to each and every client.

03

Integrity Whistleblower

Any employee, partner, or collaborator who identifies a potential irregularity — whether it's a violation of the law, ethical standards, or internal policies — has access to secure and confidential reporting channels. The company guarantees full protection for individuals who report in good faith and strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, regardless of the rank or position of the person concerned. Reports are thoroughly analyzed and promptly resolved.

04

Business Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct defines the behavioral standards we expect from all company representatives — in their interactions with clients, suppliers, partners, and authorities, as well as from our partners. The document covers the prevention of corruption and conflicts of interest, adherence to fair competition rules, the prohibition of unfair commercial practices, and the protection of personal data.
