GreenGroup and its companies comply with applicable laws and international standards to ensure Human Rights are not violated.
This Code is periodically reviewed in light of national and international developments and, in this context, it may be amended (if deemed necessary).
GreenGroup companies ensure that the Human Rights and Social Principles Code is communicated to their employees, facilitate training for employees, relevant stakeholders, and their suppliers on these principles, and expect them to give due attention, respect, and apply the aforementioned principles throughout their operations and business partnerships.
Furthermore, GreenGroup will appoint a Compliance Officer to be responsible for managing Human Rights issues. This officer, along with individuals designated within the group companies, will receive internal and external requests, as well as any other relevant notifications.
GreenGroup evaluates and monitors compliance with the Human Rights and Social Principles Code in its commercial activities and conducts periodic impact assessments within its organizational units.
The Board of Directors of each relevant company is responsible for complying with the Human Rights and Social Principles Code and delegates to the General Manager the responsibility for designating individuals to whom business partners, clients, and employees can address their relevant concerns, whenever necessary.
GreenGroup reserves the right to verify compliance with the Human Rights and Social Principles Code in an appropriate manner, by conducting on-site checks if there is a well-founded suspicion, or, if not, when deemed necessary.
In line with the principle of transparency, GreenGroup is committed to communicating progress and information regarding the observance and implementation of the Human Rights and Social Principles Code in all its activities to both internal and external stakeholders.
